What moves me? I have an inherent need to move my body and sweat. I honestly get itchy if I don’t have a lot of movement throughout my day. I really love Lululemon’s mantra, of #thesweatlife. I’m honestly always trying to figure out a new way to move.

I’m willing to try just about any workout out there. Warrior Sculpt, Cycle, Barbell Strength, HIIT, Crossfit, anything that makes me sweat.
